The Beginning

No one ever keeps diaries anymore. Also, no one really writes notes on Facebook anymore, have you noticed? I can't remember the last time I saw someone write something on the site that was over 2 paragraphs in length.

In the early days of social networking one of the good things about blog sites like Livejournal and Xanga is that they were public but not quite as public as Facebook. Everything I post on FB goes to 400 people and clients I've worked with before are my friends. I hope to get their business again in the future. These days I think Facebook is just becoming a more professional space. Sure, I'll link blog posts here to Facebook but you're really only going to get here if you care about me or what I have to say.

I want to start writing more in general and I'm constantly holding myself back from expressing more personal and controversial ideas elsewhere, so I started this blog.
